PM who codes
I go by Liz. I'm a PM at Balsamiq, a wireframing tool for teams that takes them from rough wireframe to interactive prototype without writing code. I've been there 10 years: joined in 2016 as Sales Support Lead and CRM Product Manager (two hats at once, managing internal systems) until late 2023, when I formally became the product manager of our core product. The path shows up in how I work: close to customers, close to the product, and close to the code.
This year I owned the design, front-end implementation, and QA for our per-project to per-user pricing migration, including the Stripe-integrated billing page, shipped with Claude Code as my build partner. I also led the AI credit pack monetization research and set per-editor AI credit limits so they behave like electricity: invisible in normal use, only visible when spiking.
I work best at the crossover of product judgment and implementation. I'm looking for that kind of room: small-to-mid B2B SaaS, AI-forward, teams where PMs can ship.

Some of what I've owned end to end: shipping code, moving a room with data, and building the process the company ships inside. Click through for the full write-up.
Per-project to per-user pricing migration
Designed and shipped the Stripe-integrated billing page end-to-end, in production code, with Claude Code as build partner.
Per-editor AI credit limits
Grounded per-tier limits in PostHog usage data. The metaphor that got the room aligned: electricity, not a parking meter.
Introducing Shape Up at Balsamiq
Introduced and adapted Shape Up for our size and existing cadence. Wrote the operating model, pitch template, and ongoing shaping work.
If you're building AI-forward product where PMs ship, run their own research, and own decisions end to end, I'd love to talk. I'm looking for small-to-mid B2B SaaS teams where product judgment and implementation live in the same person.
